1. What we collect
Your name, mobile number, the event you RSVP'd to, your referral code and any code you were referred by, and a timestamped record of the consent you gave — what the checkbox said, when you checked it, and the page you checked it on. That's it. We don't ask for your email, address, or payment details at this stage.
2. How we use it
To text you directly about ANTE events, the launch, and upcoming app features; to check you in at the door; to run the referral program; and to understand how many people are signing up and from where. Nothing else.
3. We do not sell or share your number
ANTE never sells, rents, or shares your mobile number, your SMS consent, or any other information about you with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering the texts you asked for.
4. Who processes your data
We use service providers to operate ANTE — a messaging provider to send SMS and a hosting provider to store records. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any ANTE text to unsubscribe immediately — you'll get one confirmation message and nothing after that. You can rejoin any time by signing up again. Opt-out records are retained for at least 10 years as required by law.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep your details while you're on the waitlist and for as long as needed to prove consent. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@alwaysante.com — we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your waitlist spot and any referral rewards.
7. Security, minors, and changes
Records are stored encrypted with access limited to the ANTE team. ANTE is for adults 18 and over; we don't knowingly collect data from minors. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date. Questions: privacy@alwaysante.com.
