1. Who we are

ANTE ("ANTE", "we", "us") operates this website, the ANTE waitlist, and in-person ANTE Social and ANTE Dinner events in Chicago. By joining the waitlist, RSVPing to an event, or attending one, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist, RSVP, or attend an ANTE event. You must provide accurate information, including a mobile number you personally control. Signing another person up is not permitted.

3. SMS messaging program

By checking the SMS consent box you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from ANTE at the number you provide, including launch announcements, event invitations, and event details.

• —Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• —Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
• —Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Events

An RSVP reserves a spot but does not guarantee entry; ANTE Dinners are curated and seats are limited. We may change or cancel an event, and we may decline entry or remove anyone whose conduct makes the event unsafe or unwelcoming. Attend at your own risk and treat other guests and venue staff with respect.

5. Photo and video

Photos and videos may be taken at ANTE events and used on our social channels and marketing materials. By attending you grant ANTE permission to use your likeness for these purposes. Email us and we'll remove any image of you on request.

6. Referral program

Your referral code is personal and non-transferable. It lets us see which members you introduced. Self-referrals, bulk or automated signups, and fake numbers are void. We may change or end the program at any time.

7. Changes and contact
